CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:25 a.m.  Present were Senators Kelly, Leman, Miller and                                                                   
Ellis.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the order of business before the committee                                                                
was the adoption of a Rules Committee report to comply with AS                                                                  
24.10.030, Uniform Rule 3(a), which nominates Nancy Quinto to serve                                                             
as the Secretary to the Senate for the 21st legislative session and                                                             
recommending her election by the full Senate.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MILLER moved to adopt the Rules Committee report.  There                                                                
being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:26 a.m.
